My one minute short about racial profiling in the US, One Night in Florida, has been chosen as one of five European films competing for the Cineuropa Audience Filminute Award. You can vote for your favorite film until September 30th by sending an email to filminute@cineuropa.org with the name of the film in the subject line. You can watch all the films here.

As part of the competition I was asked some very insightful questions about the film and my artistic choices, such as why I chose simple line drawings for such a complex topic, why I decided to address racial profiling, and how I feel about the Ferguson shooting. Read the full interview here.
